Ethiopia End Malaria Network (EEMN) was established on January 23 at Addis Ababa.

This is basic step in malaria elimination partnership. It is anticipated that the contribution of the network would be high in strengthening the capacity of malaria CSOs and ultimately the elimination of malaria in Ethiopia. Executive board with five members was elected to lead the network. MECHDA is one of the members of the network.

About MECHDA

MECHDA is an indigenous not-for-profit, non-partisan and non-governmental local civil society organization. It was established on October 01, 2003 by a group of dedicated public health professionals and former Ethiopian malaria eradication program personnel.
